Nicky Collins

Nicky Collins is a solicitor and partner with Slater Heelis LLP. She is a corporate and commercial lawyer and specialises particularly in advising clients in the healthcare sector. Nicky began working with OTSIS earlier in the year, and has provided valuable support and advice to the Board in relation to the move away from Gallaghers. Nicky is the current Chair of PRASIS (the plastic surgeons’ equivalent of OTSIS) and has been on the Board and a legal adviser to PRASIS for the last five years. As such, Nicky has extensive experience of dealing with brokers and underwriters, and the challenges surrounding indemnity insurance. Nicky also provides legal advice to a number of the medical associations, including BAPRAS and the BSSH.
